How much will my interiors cost?

Interior cost is specific to the scope, property size, materials, furniture requirements and selected specifications. PAMA therefore does not provide a misleading universal per-square-foot price. Standard specification references help clients understand broad quality levels, after which a project-specific quotation and BOQ is prepared.

How much advance do I need to pay?

Projects begin with a non-refundable design retainer covering initial design development and 3D work. Once the design, scope and project commercial value are finalised, PAMA provides the project-specific payment schedule. When the project proceeds into turnkey execution, the retainer is adjusted against the final project commercial value. Detailed commercial discussions take place during the consultation process.

How long will my project take?

Timelines depend on scale, complexity, site conditions, approvals and material availability. Typical execution targets are approximately 45 days for a 2BHK, 60 days for a 3BHK and 90 days for a bungalow. These are indicative, not unconditional guarantees.

How long does initial design development take?

Initial design development typically takes approximately two weeks after the design engagement begins. Actual timelines depend on project complexity, availability of information and approvals.

Can I change the design?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Changes can be made during design development, and projects typically involve two to three major revision rounds. Once drawings, materials or fabrication have been approved and execution begins, changes may affect cost and timeline.

Do you design according to Vastu?

Yes, where required. Vastu principles are considered during planning together with functionality, architecture and lifestyle requirements — not added afterwards. PAMA is not a standalone Vastu consultancy.

Who purchases the materials?

Accepted Answer

For turnkey projects, PAMA manages procurement and vendor coordination. Clients participate in important selections, key specification decisions and provide approvals before ordering.

Does PAMA visit the site regularly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Site visits are scheduled according to the stage and requirements of the project, typically around twice per week during active execution, with additional visits where required.

Can we use our own carpenter or contractor?

Accepted Answer

This may be possible depending on the project. However, responsibilities, execution quality, coordination and warranty implications must be clearly agreed before work begins.

Does PAMA provide a warranty?

Yes. Turnkey projects include a 2-year service warranty covering eligible interior workmanship issues such as furniture repair requirements and hardware-related issues. Issues caused by building structure, leakage, settlement cracks, poor base construction, misuse or external damage are not included and may be chargeable.
