A weekend farmhouse created to balance private family life, personal retreat and the homeowner's professional requirements.
Design direction

Each space was given its own identity while maintaining a common language of timber, warm lighting and restrained materials.
Execution
The owner's office was prioritised and completed ahead of the rest of the farmhouse to meet an immediate functional requirement.

The main door was kept, not replaced
The existing main wooden door was retained, enlarged and refinished instead of being replaced.
